INFO: OBE IN ENGINEERING MATHEMATICS COURSE

On 3rd and 4th of July 2012, a course about implementation of OBE (Outcome Based Education) in Engineering Mathematics is held with cooperation between PKT and PSMZA. Experience instructors from UniMAP are invited to conduct the 2 days course which held here in PSMZA. Now days, OBE not only should be understand by lecturers, students also have to understand what is OBE are about. OBE is an education model emphasis on outcome of the teaching and more to student oriented. Student is encourage to be more independent while lecturers will be the facilitators. There are 9 domains or area of outcome based education (learning domain):

5. Social skills and Responsibilities
6. Continuous learning and Information Management Skills
7. Management and Entrepreneurial skills
8. professionalism, ethics and Moral
